The vendors listed below have worked at our venue, and we were very happy with their level of professionalism. Please note that not all vendors on this list have the suggested liability insurance.

NOTE: Effective 2/14/2025, Circle of Seven Ranch will require Event Insurance (Liability & Cancellation) for all events. Below you will find two companies, EventGuard and Eventsured which can provide your insurance. You may choose which company you would prefer to cover your event. We hope to help you protect your day in case an unexpected incident occurs.
Event Insurance
The link supplied by both parties are customized by each insurance agency and based on our requirements. We require $1MM per occurrence/ $2MM aggregate for liability, $100,000 for property damage, $1,000 in medical payments and alcohol liability coverage for host providing alcohol for their guests. Minimum coverage for cancellation insurance is $7,500.
